Dillon suffered a hand injury at the end of Friday's 6-2 loss to Colorado in Game 3, according to Mitchell Clinton of the Jets' official site.
There were fisticuffs at the final buzzer, and Dillon picked up roughing minors against Jack Johnson and Brandon Duhaime. Coach Rick Bowness said after the game that there was no update on Dillon's status as the defenseman was still being evaluated. If Dillon is unavailable for Sunday's Game 4 matchup, Logan Stanley or Colin Miller could be inserted into the lineup.
