Wylie was dealing with some "tightness" that held him out earlier this offseason, but it appears that he's moved past the issue. Now that Wylie has returned to full health, he's expected to remain the Commanders' top right tackle heading into the 2024 season.

    The Commanders and Wylie will agree to a three-year, $24 million contract this week, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports. Wylie, who had spent his first five NFL campaigns playing both guard and tackle for the Chiefs, is now set to reunite with former offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy in Washington following the looming deal. The two-time Super Bowl champion is expected to possess the Commanders' starting right tackle spot once this season gets underway.
