Giants' Malik Nabers: DNP due to knee injury
Nabers didn't practice Wednesday due to a knee injury, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
After Wednesday's session, Nabers relayed to Connor Hughes of SNY.tv that he did "as much as I could," and now the nature of that discomfort has been revealed. It's a bit concerning that Nabers went down as a DNP with a knee issue to begin Week 5 prep, especially since he's a year removed from tearing his right ACL. He also told Ralph Vacchiano of FoxSports.com that his shoulder is "a little sore," but the team didn't list that as the reason for his absence. In any case, Nabers' status will be watched as the week goes on to get a sense of his odds to suit up Sunday at Washington.

Giants' Malik Nabers: Dealing with soreness
Nabers said he took on "as much as I could" at Wednesday's practice, after which he noted he's dealing with undisclosed soreness, Connor Hughes of SNY.tv reports.
Nabers also relayed that he'll "see how the week goes" as it pertains to his odds to play Sunday at Washington. He's already on his second signal-caller of the campaign (Jameis Winston) and has a cumulative 18-208-1 line on 26 targets through four games, and whether or not he'll be available in Week 5 remains to be seen

Giants' Malik Nabers: Gets on same page with Winston in Week 4 win
Nabers caught six of seven targets for 112 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 36-24 win over the Cardinals.
It was Nabers' best effort of the season, as he began to build some chemistry with new starting QB Jameis Winston, The duo connected on a 25-yard TD in the second quarter, Nabers' first trip to the end zone in 2026, and his 39-yard grab on the Giants' first possession helped set up a field goal. The third-year wideout will take an 18-208-1 line on 26 targets through four games, and renewed optimism in his big-play upside without Jaxson Dart (knee) under center, into a Week 5 road clash with the Commanders.

Giants' Malik Nabers: Team-high five grabs in Week 3 win
Nabers caught five of six targets for 26 yards in Sunday's 12-7 win over the Titans.
The Giants' passing game struggled with Jameis Winston under center instead of Jaxson Dart (knee), and while Nabers led the team in catches and targets, he didn't make much of an impact -- his longest gain went for just 12 yards. That doesn't bode well for the rest of the third-year wideout's campaign with Dart not expected back until 2027, but Nabers and Winston will have plenty of time to develop more chemistry. Nabers will take a 12-96-0 line on 19 targets into a Week 4 home tilt against the Cardinals.

Giants' Malik Nabers: Logs full practice Thursday
Nabers (shoulder) practiced in full Thursday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Nabers suffered a scare when he exited for a spell during Monday's loss at the Rams, but he was able to tough out his right shoulder issue and cap Week 2 with one catch (on four targets) for one yard. While he relayed to Ryan Dunleavy of the New York Post on Thursday that he received "good results" from X-rays on that shoulder, Nabers will be on the receiving end of passes from Jameis Winston instead of Jaxson Dart (knee) for the rest of the regular season.

Giants' Malik Nabers: Has positive shoulder update
Nabers said Thursday that he received "good results" on X-rays on his right shoulder, Ryan Dunleavy of the New York Post reports.
Nabers missed some time during Monday's 28-6 loss at the Rams, a contest in which the Giants lost QB Jaxson Dart (knee) for the rest of the regular season. With Jameis Winston under center for most of the Week 2 matchup, Nabers finished with just one catch (on four targets) for one yard. Nabers officially went down as a limited participant at Wednesday's practice, and restrictions on his workload may continue the rest of the week, but his comments indicate that he'll be able to play through his current health concern.

Giants' Malik Nabers: Spotted at practice Wednesday
Nabers (shoulder) was seen participating in Wednesday's practice, Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News reports.
Nabers battled through a shoulder injury in Monday's loss to the Rams, and his presence at Wednesday's practice is a good sign for his trajectory heading into Week 3 against the Titans. That said, the Giants held only a walk-through Wednesday, so Nabers' status won't be solidified until later in the week.

Giants' Malik Nabers: Limited at Wednesday's practice
Nabers (shoulder) practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday, Connor Hughes of SNY.tv reports.
Nabers exited Monday's 28-6 loss to the Rams in the first quarter due to a right shoulder injury but was able to return to the contest, finishing with one catch (on four targets) for one yard. Granted, Jameis Winston took over for an injured Jaxson Dart after the first series of the contest, and now Nabers will be working with Winston for the foreseeable future with Dart slated for surgery on his injured left knee. Nabers will have two more opportunities to get back to full participation this week before the Giants potentially tag him with a designation for Sunday's game against the Titans.
