Bowers (knee) was listed as a full participant in Thursday's practice, Anthony Galaviz of The Fresno Bee reports.
After opening Week 5 prep with a limited practice Wednesday, Bowers upgraded to full activity a day later, clearing up any concern about his status for Sunday's game at New England. Since making his season debut Week 3 after missing the Raiders' first two games while recovering from a meniscus trim, Bowers has functioned as the team's top pass catcher, leading the way in catches (16), receiving yards (202) and targets (25) by healthy margins while finding the end zone twice.

Bowers (illness) caught six of 11 targets for 86 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 30-27 loss to the Chiefs.
Bowers suited up despite dealing with an illness and proceeded to lead the Raiders in targets and receiving yards, with one more target and four more yards than fellow TE Michael Mayer. Bowers gave the Raiders a chance down the stretch with a 20-yard touchdown catch to make it a one-score game with 1:46 remaining in the fourth quarter. Making his season debut after minor knee surgery cost him the first two contests, Bowers immediately stepped back into his role as the Raiders' top pass catcher, leading the team in receptions, receiving yards and targets. The star tight end's last catch was his biggest, as he connected with Kirk Cousins for a four-yard TD in the fourth quarter that proved to be the game-winning score. Bowers is clearly fully recovered from his surgery, and he'll be a key part of the Las Vegas offense once again in Week 4 at home against Kansas City.

Reports earlier in the day indicated Bowers was in line to make his 2026 season debut Sunday, and that has now been made official. The star tight end practiced in limited fashion in each of the first two days of Week 3 prep before sitting out Friday's session, which was labeled as a pre-planned absence by head coach Klint Kubiak. Bowers (knee), who is listed as questionable for Week 3, is expected to make his season debut Sunday at New Orleans, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN reports.
Bowers underwent a meniscus trim on his left knee on Sept. 8 that sidelined him for the first two games of the season, and he then followed up back-to-back limited sessions to kick off Week 3 prep with an absence Friday, which head coach Klint Kubiak chalked up as a planned DNP, per Sam Warren of The Athletic. Listed as questionable ahead of the weekend, Bowers now is poised to return to action Sunday, "barring a surprise," according to Fowler.
