After starting the season 3-0 with one of the most prolific passing offenses in the NFL, the Las Vegas Raiders succumbed to the pressure of the Los Angeles Chargers last week and dropped to 3-1. Now the Raiders will have to quickly recoup on short rest to take on the 2-2 Chicago Bears on Sunday afternoon. Khalil Mack and Robert Quinn have combined for 8.5 sacks through four games for Chicago and they'll be looking to follow the blueprint laid out by the Chargers. Stream the game in select markets on Paramount+.

Kickoff is set for 4:05 p.m. ET on Sunday at Allegiant Stadium. The latest Raiders vs. Bears odds from Caesars Sportsbook list Las Vegas as a 5.5-point favorite, and the over-under is 46. Week 5 NFL picks for Bears vs. Raiders

Before you tune in to Sunday's Raiders vs. Bears game, you need to see the picks from SportsLine's proven model. The model, which simulates every NFL game 10,000 times, is up almost $7,900 for $100 players on top-rated NFL picks since its inception six-plus years ago. It went a sizzling 24-14 on top-rated NFL picks last season, returning more than $800. The model also enters Week 5 of the 2021 season on an incredible 124-82 run on top-rated NFL picks that dates back to the 2017 season.

The model also ranked in the top 10 on NFLPickWatch four of the past five years on straight-up NFL picks and beat more than 94 percent of CBS Sports Football Pick'em players four times during that span. Anyone who has followed it is way up.

For Bears vs. Raiders, the model predicts that Las Vegas will cover as a 5.5-point favorite. Derek Carr and the Raiders are coming off their worst offensive performance of the season. The Chargers sacked Carr four times and limited the Raiders to just 213 yards of total offense.

However, the rest of the season paints a pretty different picture of the Las Vegas offense. The Raiders put up at least 425 yards against the Ravens, Steelers and Dolphins on their way to a 3-0 start and Carr looked like an MVP candidate in the process, throwing for 1,203 yards and six touchdowns with just two interceptions during the three-game winning streak.

The Bears have a pair of dangerous edge rushers but their pass rush as a whole generally tends to suffer when defensive tackle Akiem Hicks is missing. Hicks will miss Sunday's showdown against Las Vegas, which is a big reason why the model has the Raiders putting up 27 points and covering the spread in over 50 percent of simulations.
