  • Flyers' Ivan Fedotov: Struggles down the stretch

Fedotov saved 21 of 25 shots in Sunday's 4-3 overtime loss to Ottawa. Fedotov posted a clean first 30 minutes in Sunday's contest before allowing three goals in the latter half of regulation. He then surrendered the OT winner to Tim Stutzle on a power play. Fedotov now has a 6-13-4 record with an .880 save percentage and a 3.15 GAA. The 28-year-old netminder has had a rough go of things since the beginning of March, with a 1-5-1 record over eight appearances. His struggles in net are only half the story, however, as the Flyers have struggled to defend nearly all season. Fedotov is signed with the Flyers through next season and will need to turn things around to gain relevance from a fantasy perspective.

  • Flyers' Ivan Fedotov: Starting in Ottawa

Fedotov will guard the road goal against the Senators on Sunday. Fedotov will get the second half of Philadelphia's back-to-back after Samuel Ersson played in Saturday's 4-3 shootout win over the Islanders. The 28-year-old Fedotov hasn't played since a 28-save performance in a 2-1 win over Nashville on March 31. He has a 6-13-3 record with a 3.12 GAA and an .881 save percentage across 25 NHL outings this season. Ottawa sits 21st in the league with 2.89 goals per game in 2024-25.

  • Flyers' Ivan Fedotov: Gives up seven goals

Fedotov stopped 22 of 29 shots in Sunday's 7-4 loss to the Blackhawks. From a statistical perspective, Fedotov had one of his worst performances of the season Sunday, allowing a season-high seven goals while posting a save percentage below the .760 mark, his second-lowest in any start this season. He's now gone six straight outings without a win, going 0-5-0 with a 3.54 GAA and an .858 save percentage in that stretch.

  • Flyers' Ivan Fedotov: Back at it Sunday

Fedotov will guard the road net Sunday in Chicago, Jackie Spiegel of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports. Fedotov started Saturday against Dallas, though he was replaced by Samuel Ersson after allowing two goals on three shots in the first period. The 28-year-old Fedotov will face a Chicago team that's averaging 2.64 goals per game, fourth-fewest in the league. Overall, Fedotov is 5-12-3 with an .884 save percentage and 3.03 GAA this season.

  • Flyers' Ivan Fedotov: Drawing start against Tampa Bay

Fedotov will start Monday's road game against Tampa Bay. Fedotov has been charged with losses in his last three appearances, going 0-3-0 with a 2.90 GAA and .890 save percentage. He'll attempt to turn things around Monday but could have trouble doing so against Tampa Bay, as the Lightning rank second in the NHL with 3.53 goals per game.

  • Flyers' Ivan Fedotov: Bad odor to game

Fedotov made 19 saves Tuesday in a 5-2 loss to Ottawa. Fedotov had been playing well lately, but Tuesday was a truly rough outing, and we don't know if he can regain his recent solid streak. Fedotov allowed four goals, and the third one had a horrible odor -- so much so that cameras caught coach John Tortorella rubbing his forehead in quiet frustration. Philly has a tough stretch of games coming up with Tampa Bay (twice), Carolina, Washington, Dallas and Toronto in its path over the next two weeks. You would be wise to make Fedotov and Samuel Ersson spectators over this span.

  • Flyers' Ivan Fedotov: In goal Tuesday

Fedotov will get the starting nod at home against the Senators on Tuesday, Charlie O'Connor of PHLY Sports reports. Fedotov will make his fourth appearance in the Flyers' crease over the team's last six outings. In his prior three outings, the 28-year-old netminder is 1-2-0 despite a stellar 1.73 GAA and .938 save percentage. If he can get some offensive support, Fedotov's recent performances would have him set up well to secure his sixth win of the season.

  • Flyers' Ivan Fedotov: Minimal offensive support in defeat

Fedotov stopped 20 of 22 shots in Sunday's 3-1 loss to New Jersey. The third marker was an empty-netter. Fedotov conceded two goals at even strength in this contest. The Russian netminder has lost his last two starts, but he's allowed just two goals in each defeat. Fedotov has posted a strong .938 save percentage and a 1.73 GAA over three appearances in February and could challenge Samuel Ersson for more starts over the final stretch of the campaign. Across 20 appearances in 2024-25, Fedotov holds a 5-10-3 record, .886 save percentage and 3.02 GAA.

  • Flyers' Ivan Fedotov: Still no wins since November

Fedotov made 14 saves in a 4-3 loss to the Capitals on Thursday. Fedotov is now the 180th goalie that Alex Ovechkin has scored against. The superstar sniper scored his 879th NHL goal on a one-timer from the inside edge of the right face-off circle in the last minute of the first period. And the Caps were down 3-2 heading into the third, but Fedotov surrendered two goals, the lead and the win. He hasn't won since Nov. 29, and he's 0-4-2 in seven starts since then. You know the drill -- Fedotov should not be in your fantasy net.

Fedotov is 0-3-2 with a 2.93 GAA and an .880 save percentage over seven appearances since Nov. 29. Overall, the 28-year-old netminder is 4-7-3 with a 3.21 GAA and an .881 save percentage across 16 outings this season. • Flyers' Ivan Fedotov: No wins since end of November

Fedotov made 25 saves in a 3-0 loss to the Islanders on Thursday. Fedotov's last win came Nov 29 against the Rangers. Overall, he's 4-7-3 in 15 starts this season, and he sports a 3.21 GAA and .881 save percentage. We'd love to play Fedotov, but the situation in Philly isn't ideal for him right now. That may change in the future, but we can't recommend him right now.

  • Flyers' Ivan Fedotov: Will start Thursday

Fedotov will protect the road goal versus the Islanders on Thursday, Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports. Fedotov was called on in relief Wednesday, making nine saves on 10 shots after Samuel Ersson was chased from the game. That won't change the Flyers' plans for the back-to-back. The Islanders have averaged 2.71 goals per game this season, tied for 26th in the league, so Fedotov may be a good streaming option for fantasy managers Thursday.

Fedotov stopped 24 of 27 shots in Friday's 3-1 loss to the Islanders. Fedotov gave up two goals in a quick 55-second span in the final moments of the first period, and he allowed another one late in the second frame en route to his fourth straight loss. He hasn't shown up in the win column since Nov. 29, going 0-1-2 with a 2.92 GAA and an .870 save percentage since then. The Islanders are in a three-way tie for 28th in goals per game with 2.65.

  • Flyers' Ivan Fedotov: Falls to Jackets in shootout

Fedotov turned aside 26 shots in regulation and overtime and one of three shootout attempts in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Blue Jackets. The 28-year-old goalie was able to shut down most of Columbus' skaters, but Zach Werenski found the back of the net in the first and third periods, and Fedotov then had little luck in the shootout. His last win came back on Nov. 29, but Fedotov has started three of the last six games for Philadelphia, going 0-1-2 with a 2.59 GAA and .886 save percentage. However, Samuel Ersson has been picking up steam again, so playing time for Fedotov and Aleksei Kolosov could begin to dry up.

  • Flyers' Ivan Fedotov: Starting in Columbus

Fedotov will guard the road goal versus the Blue Jackets on Tuesday, per Mark Scheig of The Hockey Writers. Fedotov will get the second half of Philadelphia's back-to-back after Samuel Ersson played in Monday's 4-3 win over Florida. The 28-year-old Fedotov has a 4-5-2 record with a 3.40 GAA and an .874 save percentage through 12 NHL appearances this season. Columbus sits fifth in the league with 3.40 goals per game in 2024-25.

Fedotov has played two straight games, both against Toronto, after starting just one in December. His last win came Nov. 29, and he's 0-1-1 since. Fedotov is a break-glass-and-use-only-in-emergency goalie.

  • Flyers' Ivan Fedotov: Gets starting nod Tuesday

Fedotov will be between the home pipes versus Toronto on Tuesday, Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports. Fedotov made his first appearance in the crease in a month against the Leafs on Saturday, stopping 22 of 25 shots in an overtime loss. It seems the 28-year-old backstop will get another crack at toppling Toronto, with the Flyers opting to utilize Fedotov over the struggling Aleksei Kolosov. In the long term, it figures to be Samuel Ersson's crease to lose once he returns from a lower-body injury.

  • Flyers' Ivan Fedotov: Earns win Friday

Fedotov saved 22 of 23 shots in a 3-1 win over the Rangers on Friday. Fedotov bounced back after allowing eight goals on 67 shots (.881 save percentage) over his previous two starts. The Flyers scored twice in the opening 4:24 of the first period, giving Fedotov some breathing room early. He was beaten by Vincent Trocheck midway through the second frame, which made it a one-goal game, but Fedotov didn't let anything else past him. He improved to 4-4-1 through nine appearances in 2024-25. After getting the nod Friday, Fedotov will probably hand the goaltending duties over to Aleksei Kolosov for Saturday's tilt in St. Louis.
