Per Scott Powers of The Athletic, Maroon missed practice Friday as he was feeling sore, according to coach Luke Richardson.
Maroon had three hits, a minor penalty and one blocked shot in a 4-2 win over San Jose on Thursday. The 36-year-old has one assist in five games this season. Richardson stated that the team will see how he is feeling Saturday, ahead of their home game against the Sabres.
