Mitchell is in the starting lineup for Friday's game versus the 76ers, Ryan Wolstat of the Toronto Sun reports.
Mitchell will replace Immanuel Quickley (pelvis) in the starting five Friday. With RJ Barrett (shoulder) also out, Mitchell and Scottie Barnes should share primary playmaking duties against Philadelphia.
