Anderson has pitched in the KBO to this point in 2023, posting a 3.76 ERA while maintaining a 64:26 K:BB across 79 innings. He played for the Blue Jays last season, so it's possible that Phillies could rely on him to eat innings at some point across the final two months of the campaign.
