Bachar was moved to minor-league camp Sunday, Jeff Sanders of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.
Bachar struggled in three Cactus League appearances, allowing four earned runs on six hits in three innings while striking out three. He posted an 8-4 record and a 3.98 ERA in 126.2 innings with Double-A Amarillo last season.
