Eagles' Isaiah Rodgers: Restrictions lifted
Rodgers was reinstated by the NFL on Tuesday after he was suspended for the 2023 season for violating the NFL's gambling policy, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Rodgers was originally suspended in June of 2023 after making bets on NFL games, which led to him being waived by the Colts. Despite the suspension, the UMass product inked a new deal with the Eagles two months later. With his suspension lifted, Rodgers will now be able to participate in all team activities for the first time since he signed with Philadelphia.

Eagles' Isaiah Rodgers: Signed by Eagles
Rodgers (suspension) signed with the Eagles on Monday, Eliot Shorr-Parks of Sports Radio 94 WIP Philadelphia reports.
Rodgers is suspended for the 2023 season for gambling on NFL games, including bets placed on his own team. Prior to the suspension, he was expected to take on a starting cornerback role for Indianapolis. The Eagles have clearly made this signing with an eye on the future, as the 25-year-old will likely compete for a prominent role in 2024. Until then, he will spend the 2023 season on the reserve/suspension list.

Isaiah Rodgers: Cut following gambling ban
The Colts waived Rodgers on Thursday.
Earlier Thursday, Rodgers was officially suspended indefinitely for gambling on NFL games, including bets placed on his own team, and the Colts apparently were ready to cut him once the year-long ban was announced by the league. The 25-year-old was initially expected to take over as a starting cornerback in Indy this year, but his career now may be hanging in the balance. We won't see Rodgers again until at least the 2024 season. Rodgers started nine games on defense last year and has played 897 defensive snaps over the last two years.
