Crevier was reassigned to AHL Rockford on Friday, Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times reports. The move was made to make Crevier eligible for the AHL playoffs, giving the young defenseman extra playing time once the NHL season is over. Blackhawks' Louis Crevier: Good to go
Crevier (mouth) will return to the lineup Sunday versus Detroit, according to Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times. Crevier, who will be back from a two-game absence, will play alongside Jarred Tinordi on the third pairing versus the Red Wings. The 22-year-old Crevier has three assists, 14 shots on goal, 43 blocked shots and 21 hits in 20 NHL outings this season. His return will bump Isaak Phillips to the press box.... See More ... Blackhawks' Louis Crevier: Out Friday
Crevier (mouth) will not suit up Friday against the Jets, Mark Lazerus of The Athletic reports. Crevier has now missed the last two games, but his injury is reportedly minor, so he could be back sooner rather than later. The 22-year-old rookie has picked up three helpers through 20 contests this campaign.... See More ... See Less -
Blackhawks' Louis Crevier: Back with big club
Crevier was promoted from AHL Rockford on Wednesday, Charlie Roumeliotis of NBC Sports Chicago reports. Nikita Zaitsev (knee) was placed on injured reserve in a corresponding move, so Crevier could be in for an extended stay with the Blackhawks. The 22-year-old rookie has picked up three helpers while averaging 16:09 of ice time through 13 top-level appearances this year.... See More ... See Less -
Blackhawks' Louis Crevier: Returning to AHL
Crevier will be sent back to the minors Tuesday, Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times reports. Crevier's demotion will open up a spot on the 23-man roster for both Taylor Raddysh (groin) and Joey Anderson (shoulder) to be activated off injured reserve. With Isaak Phillips seemingly ahead of him on the team's depth chart, the 22-year-old Crevier figures to be a long shot to return to Chicago any time soon, especially once Seth Jones (shoulder) is cleared to play....
