NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) Malcolm Drumwright scored 11, Jason Burnell added nine points, seven rebounds and seven assists, and Jacksonville State beat Belmont 64-60 on Saturday night.

The Gamecocks (12-5, 3-1 Ohio Valley Conference) outscored the Bruins 24-3 over an 8 1/2-minute stretch that ended at 52-35 on Cam Martin's 3-point play with 8:52 left.

Belmont (11-6, 3-1) closed the gap to 58-54 on Austin Luke's free throw with 1:56 to go, but Tyrik Edwards scored a pair of baskets and Marlon Hunter added a layup to help Jacksonville State hold on and snap the Bruins' six-game winning streak.

Jacksonville State stayed mostly inside on offense and made 50 percent of its shots while Belmont took 34 of its 59 attempts from the arc and made only seven 3-pointers.

Kevin McClain had 19 points and Dylan Windler added 12 points and 11 rebounds for Belmont.
