McGing inked a one-year, two-way contract worth $775,000 at the NHL level with St. Louis on Thursday.
McGing scored 17 goals and 39 points in 71 AHL games with Springfield in 2022-23. He also made his NHL debut April 12, but he didn't record a point or shot in 9:37 of ice time against the Stars.
