Skinner will be between the road pipes for Monday's Game 7 clash with the Canucks, Daniel Nugent-Bowman of The Athletic reports.

Skinner returned from a two-game benching to stop 14 of 15 shots in a Game 6 win. In each of his last three appearances, the netminder has faced less than 20 shots, though that's not surprising since the Canucks have averaged a league-worst 21.1 shots per game in the postseason. If he can secure the win Monday, Skinner should be the presumptive starter moving forward.

Hakanpaa (lower body) didn't practice Monday and remains day-to-day prior to Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals on Thursday, according to Lia Assimakopoulos of The Dallas Morning News.

Hakanpaa has missed the last 26 contests, including Dallas' first 13 playoff outings. It is still unclear when he will be available to return. If Hakanpaa can't play Thursday, Alex Petrovic or Nils Lundkvist will be in the lineup against Edmonton or Vancouver.

Hintz (upper body) is considered day-to-day ahead of Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals on Thursday, per Lia Assimakopoulos of The Dallas Morning News.

Hintz sat out the final two contests of Dallas' second-round series against Colorado. He has recorded two goals, six points, 13 shots on net and 15 hits through 11 playoff outings. Hintz skated Monday, but his availability for the start of the next round of the postseason remains unclear at this time.

Mikheyev (undisclosed) will rejoin the lineup for Game 7 versus the Oilers on Monday, Thomas Drance of The Athletic reports.

Mikheyev missed the previous two contests with an apparent undisclosed injury. He has yet to register a point in 10 postseason contests. With Mikheyev back in action, Vasily Podkolzin is expected to serve as a healthy scratch.

Boeser will miss the remainder of the 2024 playoffs after a blood-clotting issue was found in his leg following Vancouver's Game 6 loss to Edmonton on Saturday, per Sportsnet.

Boeser will conclude the postseason with seven goals and 12 points in 12 appearances. He also set career highs during the 2023-24 regular season, producing 40 goals and 73 points over 81 outings. If Ilya Mikheyev (undisclosed) can't play in Monday's Game 7 matchup versus the Oilers, Sam Lafferty or Linus Karlsson could draw into the lineup to replace Boeser.

Seney signed a one-year, two-way contract with Chicago on Monday.

Seney supplied 23 goals and 63 points in 68 contests with AHL Rockford during the 2023-24 regular season. The 28-year-old forward has one goal in 11 NHL outings with the Blackhawks over the past two campaigns.

Silovs will get the starting nod at home for Game 7 against Edmonton on Monday, Sportsnet reports.

Silovs underwhelmed in Game 6, allowing five goals on 27 shots (.815 save percentage). Overall, the 23-year-old netminder is 3-3 with a 3.47 GAA through the first six games of the second-round series versus the Oilers while conceding three or more goals in all but one of those contests.

Ovchinnikov agreed to terms on a one-year contract with KHL club Sibir Novosibirsk on Monday, Kyle Cushman of The Score reports.

Ovchinnikov was traded to the Wild from the Maple Leafs at the deadline but stayed with AHL Toronto, which was a fairly good indication Minnesota wasn't interested in adding the 21-year-old center to the NHL roster any time soon. With the Marlies this year, Ovchinnikov notched seven goals and three assists in 21 contests.

DeAngelo will require offseason hand surgery, according to Cory Lavalette of the North State Journal.

DeAngelo is eligible for unrestricted free agency in July after completing a one-year, $1.675 million contract with the Hurricanes. The 28-year-old blueliner generated three goals, 11 points, 44 shots on net and 18 blocked shots in 31 regular-season appearances during the 2023-24 campaign. DeAngelo also contributed two assists, 16 shots on goal, seven blocked shots and eight hits across nine playoff outings.

Heinen struggled in the playoffs, generating a lone helper in eight games, after reaching the 30-point threshold in the regular season.

Heinen was back with the Bruins after last playing for the organization during the 2019-20 campaign. Despite limited power-play opportunities, the 28-year-old winger produced 17 goals and 19 assists, topping 30 points for the fourth time in his eight-year career. Looking ahead to next season, Heinen will hit the open market July 1 and could sign with a new team.
