Browns' Elijah Moore: Joined by Jeudy in Cleveland
Moore is one of three Browns wide receivers entering a contract year, along with Amari Cooper and recent acquisition Jerry Jeudy, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
The Browns traded for Moore last offseason and installed him in a significant role, but his 903 snaps and 104 targets led to just 640 yards and two touchdowns. While poor QB play was a part of that, Cooper and TE David Njoku produced much better efficiency stats in the same offense and are now joined by Jeudy as another threat to take a significant chunk of the targets. Moore may have missed his breakout opportunity, and it isn't entirely out of the question that David Bell or Cedric Tillman could push him for a spot in three-wide formations.

Browns' Elijah Moore: Quiet in playoff loss
Moore caught both of his targets for 12 yards in Saturday's 45-14 wild-card playoff loss to Houston.
Moore had a quiet day in the playoff loss, which mirrored his first season in a Cleveland uniform. He was on the field for 63 plays (89 percent share) Saturday, but any impactful plays were made by others. For the regular season, Moore had 59 receptions on 104 targets, 640 yards and two touchdowns. The Browns also used him as a runner nine times and as a punt returner, following through on a preseason plan to feature Moore as a versatile weapon. However, the wide receiver rarely was a factor in a Browns win. Still, he was on the field for 75 percent of the offensive snaps and was third on the team in targets. If that usage continues next season, Moore will be in position to make a bigger impact in 2024, the final season of his current contract.

Browns' Elijah Moore: Active for Week 18
Moore (concussion) is active for Sunday's game against the Bengals.
The Browns' decision to keep Moore active seemingly implies that he's cleared concussion protocol, despite not having turned in a full practice at any point this past week. Even if that's the case, Moore isn't certain to take on his usual starting role, and it's possible he's held out of the contest entirely. The Browns are locked into the No. 5 seed for the AFC playoffs and have made several key contributors inactive for the contest, while multiple other starters are expected to be rested during the regular-season finale. Depth receivers such as Cedric Tillman, David Bell and James Proche may be better bets than Moore to turn in meaningful fantasy production Sunday.
