Outman is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against Atlanta.
Outman is one of three lefty-hitting regulars, along with Max Muncy and Gavin Lux, who will hit the bench while southpaw Max Fried takes the hill for Atlanta. Chris Taylor will pick up a start in the outfield with Outman checking out of the lineup.
