The Czech Republican soccer world is lit, and this is why. SK Bat'ov and FC Frystak battled to a 3-3 draw in the nation's fifth-tier regional championship, and the match went to penalty kicks.

Thirty-eight minutes and 52 penalty kicks later, we had a winner. Bat'ov won 22-21 in the PK shootout, supposedly the longest recorded in history. Check it out.

Back and forth, back and forth, some quality shots and questionable goalkeeping, and of course it ends with a skied kick.

Before this game, the longest professional shootout was in 2015 when Sundsore IF of Denmark beat Nykobing Mors 20-19. In my opinion, this isn't professional soccer, so I don't think it should really count in the record books. We will see how history remembers this one.
