    Per Wheeler, Wisdom could return by early December. It's also possible the 19-year-old forward is able to attend Team Canada's World Juniors selection camp. A fourth-round pick from 2020, Wisdom would likely report back to OHL Kingston after the World Juniors to partake, as he remains underage to join AHL Lehigh Valley -- he only played in the minors last year due to the lack of an OHL season.

    Wisdom underwent shoulder surgery in the offseason, and while his timeline officially remains indefinite, it's possible he'll be good to go by the start of the new year. A fourth-round pick from 2020, Wisdom racked up 18 points in 28 contests with AHL Lehigh Valley last year, his first as a pro.

    After racking up seven goals and 11 helpers in 28 games for AHL Lehigh Valley last year, Wisdom likely could have found himself in contention for a roster spot during training camp. With the youngster out indefinitely, he will almost certainly have to work his way back to 100 percent while playing in the minors with the Phantoms.
