Stephenson registered his first two points with his new club after being held off the scoresheet for the first three games of the season. The 30-year-old registered the primary assist on Oliver Bjorkstrand's first-period tally before adding a secondary helper on Jaden Schwartz's third-period goal, which stood as the game-winner. Stephenson is filling a third-line role and contributing on special teams after signing a seven-year deal with Seattle in July.
