  • Jets' Mark Scheifele: Scores in Wednesday's loss

Scheifele scored a goal on three shots in Wednesday's 3-2 loss to the Ducks. Scheifele has six goals and six assists over 10 outings in December. The 31-year-old put the Jets ahead 2-1 early in the third period, but the lead slipped away late in the frame. The center is up to 18 tallies, 38 points, 77 shots on net and a plus-1 rating through 34 appearances this season. Scheifele has reached the 80-point mark twice in his career and could do so again in 2024-25 if he stays on his current pace.

  • Jets' Mark Scheifele: Another three-point effort in win

Scheifele scored a power-play goal on two shots and added two assists in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Sharks. One of his assists also came with the man advantage. Scheifele has racked up five goals and six helpers over nine contests in December, flipping the script after he looked to be heading for regression in late November. The 31-year-old center is up to 17 tallies, 20 helpers, 14 power-play points, 74 shots on net, 30 hits, 29 blocked shots, 23 PIM and a plus-2 rating through 33 appearances.

  • Jets' Mark Scheifele: Three points including GWG

Scheifele scored two goals, one the game-winner and the other on the power play, and he added an assist in Tuesday's 8-1 rout of Boston. The 31-year-old center gave Winnipeg a 2-0 lead late in the first period, and the Jets didn't blow the game open until the third. Scheifele extended his point streak to five games in the process, a stretch in which he's piled up four goals and eight points, and on the season he's delivered 16 goals through 30 contests -- tying him for eighth in the NHL with teammate Kyle Connor.

  • Jets' Mark Scheifele: Finds twine in win

Scheifele scored a goal on four shots in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Blackhawks. Scheifele has four points over his last three games. He seemed to be bothered by a nagging issue in late November, but it looks to be behind him now. Scheifele's back to playing center instead of wing on the top line, and he's at 30 points, 63 shots on net, 29 hits, 23 blocked shots, 21 PIM and a plus-3 rating over 28 outings. He can be deployed confidently in fantasy given his prominent role on a strong team.

  • Jets' Mark Scheifele: Offense picking back up

Scheifele had two assists Thursday in a 3-2 overtime win over Buffalo. Scheifele had been quietly offensively of late, so it was nice to see him get two helpers -- he has just five points (one goal, four assists) over his last eight games, including three points in his last two contests. Perhaps most importantly, Scheifele won 14 of 25 face-offs -- he's seen more time at wing than center of late due to an undisclosed issue. The big pivot's slower offensive pace will likely increase now as well. Whatever was ailing him appears to be behind him.

  • Jets' Mark Scheifele: Scores lone goal in loss

Scheifele scored a goal on three shots in Tuesday's 4-1 loss to the Blues. Scheifele began the game on right wing, with Vladislav Namestnikov moving up to the top line. In the contest, Scheifele won six of 15 faceoffs -- over the last handful of games, he had seen a reduced role at the dot, though he's played through whatever issue has limited him. The 31-year-old snapped a six-game goal drought and now has 13 tallies, 27 points, 57 shots on net, 26 hits, 23 blocked shots, 21 PIM and a plus-1 rating over 26 appearances. The Jets are still in a rough patch, but Scheifele figures to continue playing a prominent role as they look to get back to their early-season form.

  • Jets' Mark Scheifele: Draws assist Monday

Scheifele logged an assist, three shots on goal, three hits, two blocked shots and two PIM in Monday's 4-1 win over the Wild. Scheifele didn't take a faceoff Monday -- he's likely dealing with something that he can play through, but it's prevented him from being heavily involved at the dot over the last three games. The center is still contributing in other ways, and as long as he's scoring, fantasy managers won't have much to complain about. The 31-year-old has five points over his last four contests, and he's up to 12 goals, 14 assists, 50 shots on net, 23 hits, 20 blocked shots, 21 PIM and a plus-4 rating through 22 outings overall.

  • Jets' Mark Scheifele: Generates helper in win

Scheifele logged an assist in Friday's 4-1 win over the Penguins. Scheifele helped out on Kyle Connor's empty-netter. This was an unusual game for Scheifele -- he took just two faceoffs, with winger Gabriel Vilardi filling in at the dot most of the time on the top line. It's unclear if there is an injury concern, as Scheifele led all Jets forwards with 18:53 of ice time. The veteran center has six goals and six helpers over 10 contests in November, putting him at 25 points, 46 shots on net, 18 hits, 16 blocked shots and a plus-7 rating across 20 outings overall.

Scheifele scored three goals, one on the power play and another the game-winner, in Tuesday's 6-3 victory over the Panthers. The veteran center found the back of the net in each period, with his third-period one-timer giving the Jets a 4-2 lead. Scheifele is on pace for a career-best campaign, piling up 12 goals and 24 points through 19 contests, although his 26.7 percent shooting is likely due for some regression.

  • Jets' Mark Scheifele: Eight-game, 11-point streak

Scheifele scored twice Tuesday in a 6-3 win over the Rangers. His first goal came just 57 seconds into the game after he capitalized from between the circles on a Mika Zibanejad giveaway in the Rangers zone. Scheifele then scored the winner from in front early in the third after a teammate stripped Zibanejad of the puck again. He's on an eight-game, 11-point scoring streak that includes four power-play points and 17 shots. Scheifele has had two 80-plus point seasons in his career, including a career-best 84 in 2018-19. With 21 points in 16 games, he's on pace to set a career high this year.

Scheifele logged a power-play assist and four hits in Tuesday's 3-0 win over Utah. Scheifele has earned two goals and five assists during his five-game point streak. The center has earned three power-play helpers in that span. He's playing a leading role for the Jets, who have been the best team over the first month of the campaign. Scheifele has 17 points (seven on the power play), 34 shots on net, 11 hits, eight blocked shots and a plus-4 rating across 13 contests. He's shooting 20.6 percent this season, which isn't too high considering he's finished above 16 percent in each of the last eight campaigns.

  • Jets' Mark Scheifele: Garners helper in win

Scheifele logged an assist, five shots on goal and two PIM in Friday's 6-2 win over the Blue Jackets. Scheifele has four points over his last three games. The 31-year-old center has been held off the scoresheet just twice through 11 contests, racking up an impressive six goals, eight assists, 30 shots on net and a plus-2 rating. Scheifele is centering the top line and first power-play unit for the top team in the league. He hasn't maintained a point-per-game pace in the last two seasons but did so in the six years before that, so this hot start is not unusual.

  • Jets' Mark Scheifele: On career pace

Scheifele scored a goal and added an assist in Monday's 6-4 loss to Toronto. Scheifele has six goals and six assists, along with 23 shots, in his first nine games. He's the heartbeat of the Jets and a big reason they won their first eight games. Scheifele is on pace for his best season ever -- he delivered 84 points, including 38 goals, in 2018-19. And his 42 goals in 2022-23 is his high-water mark for snipes. Three words: set and forget.

Scheifele logged two assists, two shots on goal and two hits in Thursday's 4-3 overtime win over the Kraken. Scheifele set up a Gabriel Vilardi goal in the second period and also assisted on Nikolaj Ehlers' game-winner at 1:26 of overtime. This was a strong response for Scheifele after he saw a five-game point streak snapped Tuesday in St. Louis. The star center has five goals, five helpers, 20 shots on net and a plus-1 rating through seven appearances in a top-line role.

In addition, the right-shot center has four power-play points, 15 shots, four blocks and a plus-3 rating to open the 2024-25 campaign. Scheifele hasn't produced at a point-per-game pace or better since the 2021-22 season, but his hot start could help him return to that threshold in 2024-25.

  • Jets' Mark Scheifele: Grabs power-play helper

Scheifele notched a power-play assist and two shots on goal in Friday's 8-3 win over the Sharks. This was the first time in four games that Scheifele has been limited to a single point. The 31-year-old center is off to an excellent start in 2024-25, racking up four goals, three assists, 13 shots on net and a plus-2 rating. The Jets have gotten contributions from all over the lineup early on, but Scheifele figures to be one of their most reliable scorers throughout the campaign.
