Meet Ryan Olsen.
He is a prospect in the Winnipeg Jets organization and was their sixth-round pick, No. 160 overall, in the 2012 NHL draft.
After finishing up his junior hockey career in the Western Hockey League where he played for the Saskatoon Blades and Kelowna Rockets, he started his pro career this season with the St. John's IceCaps in the American Hockey League.
He was in the lineup for their 6-4 loss on Friday night against the Portland Pirates, and by the looks of things it was a pretty brutal night for Olsen. Physically, anyway.

Oh my.
The picture up top is the before and after image, using what he looked like for his team profile picture for the IceCaps and the picture he posted on Twitter after Friday's game. It's ... a little different.
Here is the fight, which also featured Portland's Phil Lane, that took place late in the first period.
There is no available video of the puck hitting his face, but by the looks of things it was a pretty brutal shot.
In 59 games this season Olsen has four goals to go with five assists for the IceCaps.
