Cine (groin) had a workout with the Colts on Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Cine has been sidelined by a groin injury for the entire season and was most recently with the Eagles. He got a look with the Colts, though it's unclear if he'll ultimately sign with the team.

Lewis Cine: Waived from IR
The Eagles waived Cine (groin) from injured reserve Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Cine signed with Eagles in the offseason before picking up an injury in the preseason that landed him on injured reserve in August. He played in one game with the Bills last season but failed to log any stats, and he'll now look to get healthy and catch on with another team.

Eagles' Lewis Cine: Reverts to IR
Cine (groin) reverted to the Eagles' injured reserve list Wednesday, according to the NFL's official transaction log.
The safety was waived/injured by Philadelphia on Sunday. Cine will need to reach an injury settlement with the team to play in 2025. The 2022 first-round pick of the Vikings has appeared in just 11 regular-season games during his career, making one tackle.

Cine was hurt in Friday's preseason win over the Jets and was on crutches following the contest. He had been in competition for a depth role in the Eagles' secondary, but he'll now revert to IR if he goes unclaimed on waivers.

This is a new injury for Cine, who dealt with a hamstring injury earlier this month but suited up for last Thursday's preseason opener against the Bengals. His status for the team's second preseason game Saturday against the Browns is up in the air.

Cine missed some practice time last weekend, but the hamstring injury was evidently minor. A first-round pick by the Vikings in the 2022 Draft, Cine appeared in just one regular-season game with the Bills last season.
