Patriots' Damoun Patterson: Signed to futures deal
Patterson signed a futures contract with the Patriots on Tuesday, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.
Patterson failed to make an active roster as an undrafted rookie in 2018. He ended the year on New England's practice squad and will look to make the roster as a depth receiver in 2019.

Damoun Patterson: Joins Buccaneers
Patterson (toe) signed with Tampa Bay's practice squad Tuesday, Greg Auman of The Athletic reports.
Patterson was waived/injured by the Steelers during final roster cuts, and the rookie will look to provide depth to Tampa Bay's receiving corps.

Damoun Patterson: Released from IR
The Steelers waived Patterson (toe) from injured reserve with a settlement Saturday, per the league's official transaction report.
Patterson will be able to sign with another team once he shakes his turf toe. The undrafted rookie had a mediocre senior season at Utah State, snagging 32 passes for 555 yards and four touchdowns in nine games.

Steelers' Damoun Patterson: Reverts to IR
Patterson (toe) reverted to injured reserve Sunday.
Patterson cleared waivers after being waived/injured by the Steelers on Saturday, so he'll revert to IR for the 2018 season as he battles turf toe. The undrafted rookie out of Utah State hauled in 32 passes for 555 yards and four scores in nine games during his 2017 campaign.

Patterson exited Thursday's preseason game with turf toe, Joe Rutter of TribLive.com reports.
The severity of the injury isn't fully known, but Patterson was seen after the game wearing a walking boot, Chris Adamski of TribLive.com reports. The rookie undrafted free agent signed with Pittsburgh in May and seemed to be facing long odds of cracking the 53-man roster.
