Mike Love: Breaks away from COVID list
Love was activated from the practice squad COVID-19 list Tuesday.
The Bills have some injury and COVID issues around the roster, so it's possible Love could get a holiday gift from Little Saint Nick in one of the two remaining games and see his first NFL game action since Week 17 of last season.

Mike Love: Lands on practice squad COVID list
The Bills placed Love (undisclosed) on the practice squad COVID list Monday.
Love has yet to log an appearance this season after having suited up for one game with the Bills in 2020. Now, he will need to fully clear the league's COVID-19 protocols before returning to practice squad activities.

Bills' Mike Love: Good vibrations for Week 17
Love has been elevated from the practice squad ahead of Sunday's game against Miami, the Bills' official site reports.
Love has surfed around the Bills' roster since being picked up as an undrafted free agent out of South Florida in 2018, but he hasn't seen regular-season game action the past two seasons. With Buffalo possibly planning on resting as many starters as possible for at least a portion of Sunday's game, wouldn't it be nice if he picked up his first NFL sack?

Bills' Mike Love: Buried on depth chart
Love (pectoral) is expected to be a candidate for the practice squad given the Bills' abundance of talent at defensive end, Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic reports.
The 26-year-old spent the entire 2019 campaign on injured reserve with a pectoral injury, but there's no guarantee he would have been on the 53-man roster if healthy. Love has an uphill climb ahead of him in 2020 with Jerry Hughes, Mario Addison, Trent Murphy, A.J. Epenesa and Quinton Jefferson locked in at defensive end.

Bills' Mike Love: Heads to IR
Love has been placed on injured reserve due to a pectoral injury, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
Love was going to be a roster bubble decision anyway, so this allows the Bills to stash the second-year player for a year unless he decides to push for an injury settlement. This likely means that rookie Darryl Johnson will make the team, while Eddie Yarbrough and Sam Acho have a better shot to land a roster spot.

Bills' Mike Love: Gets promoted
Love has been elevated from the practice squad amid a series of moves Tuesday, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
The Beach Boys namesake and South Florida product made some good vibrations during the summer, but narrowly missed out on a final spot. He'll now have the final month of the season to catch a wave of positivity for the coaching staff in an effort to land a more permanent spot into next season. Wouldn't it be nice for the undrafted Love?
