Bills' T.J. Sanders: Plays 16 snaps against Houston
Sanders recorded one tackle (zero solo) in Buffalo's loss to Houston on Thursday night.
It was Sanders' second game back from injured reserve after he suffered a knee injury in Week 4. The second-round rookie played just 16 defensive snaps (27 percent) against the Texans and has produced only six tackles (two solo) across six appearances this season.

Bills' T.J. Sanders: Activated from IR
The Bills activated Sanders (knee) from injured reserve Saturday, though he is still listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay.
The rookie second-rounder is poised to return from a five-game absence due to a knee injury, though he may not be officially cleared for Sunday's contest until he goes through pregame warmups. Sanders' potential return would result in a slight decrease in rotational snaps at defensive tackle for Larry Ogunjobi and Jordan Phillips.

Bills' T.J. Sanders: Could return Sunday
Sanders (knee) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Buccaneers.
The South Carolina product was designated to return from the injured reserve list Tuesday, and following a week of full practice sessions, he's got a chance to play Sunday. However, Sanders must still be activated to the Bills' active roster in order to suit up in Week 11. If active, he'll likely operate as one of Buffalo's top interior defensive linemen.

Bills' T.J. Sanders: Has practice window opened
Buffalo designated Sanders to return from IR on Tuesday, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.
Sanders hurt his knee in early October and was consequently placed on IR. He's already missed the required four games, but the Bills don't necessarily have to activate him right away. Sanders now has 21 days during which he can practice before he'd either need to be activated or deemed out for the remainder of the campaign.

Bills' T.J. Sanders: Lands on IR
The Bills placed Sanders (knee) on injured reserve Saturday, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN reports.
Sanders sat out the team's Week 5 loss versus New England and will now be forced to miss at least four more games before returning. The 22-year-old has recorded just two tackles (one solo) over four outings. Deone Walker should see increased playing time in Sanders' absence.

Bills' T.J. Sanders: Misses practice Friday
Sanders (knee) didn't practice Friday.
Sanders didn't play last Sunday night against the Patriots and could be in danger of missing Monday night's date with the Falcons. The second-round rookie defensive tackle has posted two tackles (one solo) on 111 defensive snaps and 14 on special teams through four appearances.

Bills' T.J. Sanders: Unavailable for SNF
Sanders (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday night's contest against the Patriots.
Sanders is dealing with an apparent knee injury, which will now force him to miss his first game of the year. With Ed Oliver (ankle) also out, Deone Walker will likely see a significant increase in workload at defensive tackle in Week 5.

Bills' T.J. Sanders: Inks rookie deal with Buffalo
Sanders signed his rookie contract with the Bills on Friday.
That gets all the Bills' rookies signed before training camp starts up for the team that has won five straight AFC East titles. As for Sanders, he's got major athleticism coming out of South Carolina, but the Bills run deep at defensive line and already have starters Ed Oliver and DaQuan Jones to cover the middle. Therefore, Sanders is probably slotted as more of a key rotational player for his rookie campaign.
