Desmond Noel: Gets injury settlement
Noel (undisclosed) was waived from injured reserve with an injury settlement by the Bengals on Tuesday, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports.
Noel will be free to sign elsewhere in the league once back to health, though he can't rejoin Cincinnati until after the period stipulated in his injury settlement has passed. The undrafted rookie out of Florida Atlantic is looking for a chance to make his NFL debut.

Bengals' Desmond Noel: Shifts to injured reserve
Noel (undisclosed) reverted to the Bengals' injured reserve list Wednesday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Barring an injury settlement, Noel will be sidelined for the entire 2022 campaign. The 24-year-old offensive lineman signed with the Bengals in May as an undrafted free agent out of Florida Atlantic.

It's not clear what injury Noel is dealing with, but he'll revert to Cincinnati's injured reserve if he goes unclaimed on waivers. If that's the case, he'll be unable to play in 2022 unless he reaches an injury settlement with the Bengals.
