Henry (finger) was waived by the Packers on Thursday after reaching an injury settlement with the team, Rob Demovsky of ESPN reports.
Henry landed on IR Wednesday which all but concluded his time in Green Bay. The 23-year-old was not expected to make the final roster even before suffering the injury.

Henry suffered a broken finger during Saturday's preseason game, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Henry dealt with a groin injury earlier in camp and is now dealing with another setback. He broke his finger last year as well but was able to continue practicing, so he may try to do the same this year as he competes for a reserve tight end spot.

Henry did not practice on Thursday due to a groin injury, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports.
Henry's injury was not clarified beyond the team calling it a groin injury. The severity of the injury is unknown, leaving the second-year tight end without a timetable to return. Henry played two games for the Broncos as an undrafted rookie last season, and is now looking to land a spot with the Packers, though he's a ways back on the depth chart. Casey Pierce and Kennard Backman will likely see some added reps while Henry is out.
