Mahomes was great in two games against the Raiders and Buccaneers prior to Week 11 with at least 22.2 Fantasy points in each outing. But he reverted back to being a mediocre Fantasy quarterback in Week 11 against Denver with 18.5 Fantasy points, and I expect something similar in Week 12 at Buffalo. The Bills are No. 8 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks, and only three guys have scored at least 21.5 Fantasy points against Buffalo this season. Mahomes should only be started in Superflex and two-quarterback leagues.

But after facing the Raiders and Buccaneers in back-to-back games, things should get a little tougher against Denver, even at home. Only one quarterback has scored at least 20 Fantasy points against the Broncos this season, which was Lamar Jackson in Week 9. Mahomes combined for just 24.9 Fantasy points against Denver in two games in 2023, and I'm not expecting a big performance from him in Week 10. He's only worth starting in Superflex and two-quarterback leagues.

Mahomes had a bit of a scare in Monday's 30-24 overtime win over the Buccaneers, as he appeared to roll his left ankle during his second touchdown pass of the game early in the fourth quarter. Though he required assistance off the field, Mahomes was able to return for the Chiefs' next possession and didn't wind up missing any snaps on the night, despite having to play through some pain the rest of the way. With further evaluation after the game apparently turning up nothing concerning, Mahomes doesn't look as though he'll face any limitations heading into the Chiefs' Week 10 game against the Broncos on Sunday.
