Hopkins (illness) was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday.
Hopkins was one of seven Bengals players that were removed from COVID-19 protocols Monday. After missing Week 18, he's expected to be back at center during Cincinnati's wild-card matchup with the Raiders on Saturday.

Bengals' Trey Hopkins: Lands in COVID protocols
Hopkins was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Tuesday as a result of testing positive for the virus, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Hopkins still has time to clear COVID protocols before Sunday when the Bengals take on the Browns. If Hopkins can't clear protocols, Trey Hill would likely draw the start at center.
