Hopkins started on Cincinnati's offensive line for most of the past five seasons but has now been let go. He worked at center the last four years but also has experience at right guard.

Bengals' Trey Hopkins: Off COVID-19 list
Hopkins (illness) was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday.
Hopkins was one of seven Bengals players that were removed from COVID-19 protocols Monday. After missing Week 18, he's expected to be back at center during Cincinnati's wild-card matchup with the Raiders on Saturday.

Bengals' Trey Hopkins: Lands in COVID protocols
Hopkins was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Tuesday as a result of testing positive for the virus, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Hopkins still has time to clear COVID protocols before Sunday when the Bengals take on the Browns. If Hopkins can't clear protocols, Trey Hill would likely draw the start at center.

Bengals' Trey Hopkins: Set for return
Hopkins (knee) does not have an injury designation heading into the Bengals' Week 14 matchup against the 49ers, Jay Morrison of The Athletic reports.
Hopkins began the week as a limited practice participant but ramped up to a full session Friday. He'll be set to return from a one-game absence and should retake his role as Cincinnati's top center.
