Elijah Nkansah: Waived from IR
Nkansah (undisclosed) was waived from the Browns' injured reserve list Friday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
After moving around different practice squads these past few seasons, Nkansah was officially waived from the Browns' injured reserve list with no injury settlement. The 27-year-old is now a free agent and will look to find a new NFL home.

Nkansah (undisclosed) reverted to Cleveland's injured reserve list Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Nkansah was waived with an injury designation Tuesday and went unclaimed on waivers. He has bounced around several different practice squads in recent seasons, including the Titans, Jets and Browns.

Nkansah appears to have suffered an undisclosed injury at some point this preseason leading to his removal from Cleveland's 90-man offseason roster. The 27-year-old is now set to shift to the Browns' injured reserve after presumably passing through waivers unclaimed.

Nkansah struggled to stay healthy early on in training camp and was waived by the Titans as a result. He'll now provide some emergency depth for the Jets, though he hasn't played in an NFL game since 2018.
