Winslow was waived by Carolina on Tuesday.
The punter was active for the last two games for the team after being promoted from the practice squad Oct. 17. Lachlan Edwards was added to the practice squad Tuesday and may be activated ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Falcons.

Panthers' Ryan Winslow: Playing against Minnesota
Winslow will play Sunday's game against the Vikings.
Winslow was promoted to the active roster for this game and will make his Carolina debut replacing Joseph Charlton, who was placed on injured reserve earlier this week. Winslow hasn't played in an NFL game since 2019.

Ryan Winslow: Waived by Arizona
Winslow was waived by the Cardinals on Tuesday.
The 25-year-old was promoted to the 53-man roster ahead of Week 4 and worked as the Cardinals' punter for the past two games in place of Andy Lee (hip). Winslow performed well during his brief tenure with a 48.5-yard average and 44.2-yard net on six punts.
