"There's absolutely no significance," rookie QB Brock Osweiler replied when asked why he chose jersey No. 6 with the Broncos. No Bronco has worn No. 6 in the regular season since Jay Cutler (2006-08). Osweiler wore No. 17 at Arizona State, but free-agent WR Andre Caldwell claimed it last month. "I'm going to talk with Andre and see if I can slip that 17 from him somehow," Osweiler said, "but if I can't, I'll see how this No. 6 thing goes."
