Getting your hair pulled hurts. Getting pulled down by your hair? Sounds like the most painful thing on the planet. It's not so bad according to Redskins running back Matt Jones

During Week 4's win over the Eagles, Jones was painfully dragged down by his hair when Fletcher Cox tackled him while he tried to get the edge.

You'd think his first move would be getting a haircut, just to avoid the pain of it all. But Jones told Dan Steinberg of the Washington Post while he "felt the whole momentum" of the hair tackle "it didn't hurt or nothing."

“He just grabbed a handful of my hair,” Jones said. “I just felt the whole momentum of it, of him pulling my hair, but it didn’t hurt or nothing. It happened to me one time in college; I didn’t feel that one either. I don’t know, I don’t guess [Cox] pulled it hard enough or something. I just didn’t feel it. My neck was a little sore after the game, though. Probably because of that, I think.”

I just can't believe this. Not like "woah that's unbelievable" but more like "I don't believe you when you say getting pulled down to the ground by your hair didn't hurt."

But of course I don't play football and I don't have long hair so I don't really know anything about this. Other than the fact that Jones is tough as nails if he can shrug off this kind of tackle.
