As usual this season, injuries to key players is the story of the day and there's a number of guys to keep an eye on as you set your fantasy lineups.
Key players already ruled out for Week 12 include: Bengals WR Tee Higgins, Texans WR Noah Brown and a trio of Chiefs offensive players (WR Mecole Hardman, RB Jerick McKinnon (groin) and WR Kadarius Toney).

S Roderic Teamer (hamstring) was taken off IR on Saturday. On Sunday was arrested for a DUI and will not play today. DE Maxx Crosby was doubtful, but is the first of 67 doubtful players to play in the week's game.
WR Mecole Hardman (thumb), RB Jerick McKinnon (groin) and WR Kadarius Toney (ankle/hip) were all ruled out ahead of Sunday. No other players were given a game designation.
Ahead of Sunday, CB Dane Jackson (concussion) and S Taylor Rapp (neck) were both ruled out and the team had no other players listed on their injury report. Damar Hamlin is notably left of the inactive list. He has been a healthy scratch for most games this season.
RB Dwayne Washington (illness) was questionable and will not play, while S P.J. Locke (ankle) was questionable and will play.
CB Denzel Ward (shoulder) and WR Marquise Goodwin (concussion) were ruled out ahead of Sunday's game. S Juan Thornhill was questionable and will play, while LB Anthony Walker (hamstring) was questionable and is out.
CB Antonio Hamilton (groin), DL Kevin Strong (knee) and WR Michael Wilson (shoulder) were all ruled out ahead of Sunday. S Joey Blount (knee) was questionable and is inactive today.
The Rams will be without tight end Brycen Hopkins and defensive end Earnest Brown IV are both inactive. Quentin Lake was ruled out on Friday. Cooper Kupp will play today against the Cardinals.

Lane Johnson, who said he had groin soreness on Sunday, is inactive on Sunday, after being downgraded to questionable Sunday morning. The offense will be without tight end Dallas Goedert and running back Rashaad Penny once again.
Eagles tackle Lane Johnson has been downgraded to questionable with a groin injury, the team reports. This morning he reported soreness to the trainers and he is getting treatment and an MRI, per Ian Rapoport. The tackle was a full participant in practice all week.
Johnson is a huge part of the Philly offense and the team is historically significantly better when he plays. The Eagles are 88-48-1 when he plays and 13-22 when he does not play.
Logan Wilson is back for Cincinnati after missing two games with an ankle injury. He'll match up today against Steelers first-round pick Broderick Jones.

One positive for New England is that LB Ja'Whaun Bentley is back in the lineup Bentley missed last week's game with a hamstring injury.
New York's defense takes a hit with Dexter Lawrence not being active today. On offense, Evan Neal continues to miss time this season due to injuries.
A couple of notable Buccaneers players who are out today, including Lavonte David.
Indianapolis will be without three starters today, including center Ryan Kelly.
Quarterback Taylor Heinicke (hamstring) went into today questionable to back up Desmond Ridder. Heinicke was limited in practice this week.

The Saints had just one player questionable heading into Sunday, defensive end Isaiah Foskey (quadricep), who will will play vs. the Falcons. Cornerback Marshon Lattimore (ankle) and running back Kendre Miller (ankle) are both out.

Heading into the game, wide receiver Treylon Burks (concussion) and offensive tackle Chris Hubbard (biceps) had already been ruled out. Safety Terrell Edmunds was questionable with a shoulder injury and is out today.
Wide receiver Noah Brown (knee), linebacker Jake Hansen (hamstring/hand) and safety Jimmie Ward (hamstring) were all declared out on Friday's injury report. Center Juice Scruggs was questionable and was a full participant all week. He is making his NFL debut today.
Wide receiver Zay Jones was questionable with a knee injury and in good news for the Jaguars, he will play.
Buccaneers running back Rachaad White was added to the injury report on Saturday and was listed as questionable just as a precaution, per Adam Schefter. According to the report, his knee locked up on Friday and there is "nothing structurally wrong" with it. The expectation is he will play on Sunday.
Maxx Crosby is listed as doubtful with a knee injury and did not practice this week due to an illness, but plans to play against the Chiefs today, per Adam Schefter. So far this season, all 67 players who were listed as doubtful heading into a game did not play, per @EpKap.
