In order to push back against the presumed embarrassment suffered by the Steelers after allowing the Chiefs their first lead of the season (!), Pittsburgh receiver Mike Wallace must have known he had to make an amazing catch.
In order to push back against the presumed embarrassment suffered by the Steelers after allowing the Chiefs their first lead of the season (!), Pittsburgh receiver Mike Wallace must have known he had to make an amazing catch.
For one, it would take Monday Night Football viewers' minds off the fact Kansas City opened with a 10-0 lead; and for two, it would actually tie the game at 10 and give Pittsburgh a clean slate heading into halftime.
In all its glory, here is Wallace’s one-handed, two-kneed, 7-yard touchdown catch, sure to be one of the most impressive receptions of the season.
