It's been a pretty good year for AJ and Katherine McCarron and from the looks of it, 2016 is probably going to be even better.

Not only did AJ play in the first game of his professional career and not only will AJ's Bengals likely be hosting a playoff game at some point, but a few months after that, Katherine's expected to give birth to a baby boy.

The couple took to social media on Wednesday to make the pregnancy announcement.

"AJ and I feel beyond blessed and grateful to finally announced after 4 months we have been keeping a secret! We are having a boy," Katherine wrote on Instagram. "Thank you all so much for your prayers for us as it hasn't been an easy journey. We thank God every day for this wonderful blessing and can't wait to share this journey with all of you."

The pregnancy announcement come just a year and a half after the couple tied the knot. Katherine and AJ were married on July 11, 2014.
