Dolphins tight end Dion Sims has been given the green light to play Sunday in Cleveland. He had been listed as probable with a groin injury.
Sims is third on the depth chart at that position, but the loss of starter Dustin Keller for the season to injury and lack of production from new starter Charles Clay in the preseason has opened up the possibility of playing time for Sims.
