Draft Scouting Report:

Rating: 70.09 (Chance to start)

Pro Comparison: Trenton Cannon

Strengths:

Smaller, compact back with who gets the most out of every ounce of talent he has. Vision is mostly good. One of the better contact balance RBs in the class. Thick lower half helps a lot in that area. Barely used in the receiving game but doesn't have bricks for hands. Flashes of awesome bounce. Naturally talented runner who will scrape and claw to get as more yards than what is blocked for him on most occasions.

Weaknesses:

Slightly limited athleticism. Will not run away from NFL defenders down the field. Decently elusiveness but not intimidating in the hole as it pertains to how he can make defenders miss.

Accolades:

  • Two-time Conference USA Offensive Player of the Year (2020, 2021)
  • Averaged 1,309.7 rush yards and 11.3 rush TDs over three seasons
