Thunder's Branden Carlson: Garbage time appearance
Carlson ended with no counting stats in one minute during Tuesday's 118-104 victory over Dallas.
Carlson was recalled from the G League's Oklahoma City Blue on Tuesday after being assigned earlier in the day and appeared in an NBA game for just the fifth time this season, with all but one appearance coming in garbage time. Despite the fact the Thunder currently have just one reliable center option, Carlson has been unable to force his way into the rotation, with the team opting to run with a small-ball lineup whenever Isaiah Hartenstein isn't on the floor.

Thunder's Branden Carlson: Back with Thunder
The Thunder recalled Carlson from the G League on Friday.
Carlson signed a one-year deal with Oklahoma City on Nov. 16, but he's yet to appear in an NBA game. With Isaiah Hartenstein back in the fold, there likely won't be many minutes available for Carlson.

The Thunder assigned Carlson to the Oklahoma City Blue of the G League on Thursday, Clemente Almanza of USA Today reports.
Carlson has yet to play any NBA minutes with the Thunder since signing with the team last week. However, he should receive increased playing time in the G League.

Thunder's Branden Carlson: Inks one-year deal
The Thunder signed Carlson to a standard one-year NBA contract Saturday, Clemente Almanza of USA Today reports.
After being cut by the Raptors prior to the start of the season, Carlson had been playing in the G League with Raptors 905 and averaged 14.3 points, 8.7 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.7 blocks in 31.6 minutes. He'll now join Oklahoma City and provide some depth at center for a Thunder squad that's without Chet Holmgren (hip), Jaylin Williams (hip) and Isaiah Hartenstein (hand).

Branden Carlson: Joins Raptors on two-way deal
Carlson and the Raptors agreed to a two-way contract Thursday, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports.
A 7-footer out of Utah, Carlson brings a lot of size to the table and had a successful collegiate career. During his final campaign at Utah, Carlson posted averages of 17.0 points, 6.6 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.5 blocks. As a rookie, Carlson is likely to spend the bulk of his time in the G League to get some reps.
