Jazz's Elijah Harkless: Another big workload
Harkless supplied 10 points (4-12 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds, six assists and two steals over 29 minutes during Wednesday's 133-110 loss to the Wizards.
With the Jazz evaluating lots of new rotation players, Harkless has emerged as a key contributor for the team. Over his last seven games, he's averaging 31.7 minutes per contest with 12.6 points, 4.9 assists, 3.1 rebounds, 2.0 steals and 1.6 three-pointers on 38.4 percent shooting from the field.

Jazz's Elijah Harkless: Fills stat sheet in loss
Harkless registered 15 points (6-13 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, five assists, one block and five steals across 36 minutes during Saturday's 126-116 loss to the 76ers.
Harkless couldn't repeat the 23-point output he delivered in the win over the Bucks on Thursday. Instead, this time he delivered a solid scoring output while filling out the stat sheet admirably. Harkless has been moving in and out of the starting lineup, and the lack of consistency in his role limits his fantasy upside considerably. He can be productive when given enough minutes, however, so he's a player worth targeting perhaps as a streaming option in some formats.

Jazz's Elijah Harkless: Double-double in Thursday's start
Harkless ended Thursday's 128-96 win over the Bucks with 23 points (7-14 FG, 4-10 3Pt, 5-6 FT), two rebounds and 10 assists across 34 minutes.
Making his fourth start in 10 March games, Harkless set a new career scoring high while recording his first career double-double. Over four games since Keyonte George (hamstring) was sidelined, Harkless is averaging 13.5 points, 4.8 assists, 3.3 boards, 2.3 threes and 1.5 steals in 31.0 minutes. Isaiah Collier (hamstring) and Brice Sensabaugh (illness) were also sidelined for Thursday's win.

Jazz's Elijah Harkless: Starting Thursday
Harkless will start Thursday's game against Milwaukee.
The Jazz will be without multiple key contributors in the second leg of this back-to-back set, including Keyonte George (hamstring) and Isaiah Collier (hamstring), opening the door for Harkless to join the first unit. As a starter this season (three games), the two-way player has averaged 6.0 points, 2.3 assists, 1.3 rebounds and 1.3 steals in 29.0 minutes per contest.

Jazz's Elijah Harkless: Scores season-high 16 points
Harkless closed Monday's 119-116 win over the Warriors with 16 points (4-10 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 7-8 FT), two rebounds, six assists and one steal across 24 minutes.
Harkless took advantage of the absence of Ace Bailey (illness), putting up a season-high 16 points. Harkless has been more involved in the Utah rotation over his last seven games, during which he has averaged 7.3 points, 3.4 assists, 2.0 rebounds and 1.1 steals in 21.0 minutes per contest.

Jazz's Elijah Harkless: Joining starting lineup
Harkless is starting Monday's game against the Nuggets.
Harkless will make his first start of his career Monday, and he'll be tasked with slotting in for Lauri Markkanen (hip). Harkless has scored in double figures in back-to-back games off the bench and should be in store for a heavier workload Monday evening.

Jazz's Elijah Harkless: Posts 11 points over 21 minutes
Harkless supplied 11 points (3-6 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 5-6 FT), three rebounds, six assists, one block and four steals across 21 minutes during Thursday's 129-118 loss to New Orleans.
The Jazz will likely keep Harkless with the parent club for at least another week, and his tenure could be permanent, as the UNLV product has 40 more games of eligibility under his current deal. The recent hamstring injury appears to be a non-issue, and he'll likely see significant minutes if Keyonte George's ankle injury persists.

Jazz's Elijah Harkless: Absent from injury report
Harkless (hamstring) is off Utah's injury report for Friday's game against Memphis.
Harkless looks to be healthy coming out of the All-Star break following an extended absence due to a left hamstring injury. However, the two-way player hasn't appeared at the NBA level since the middle of November, so his next appearance could end up coming with the G League's Salt Lake City Stars rather than the Jazz.

Jazz's Elijah Harkless: Makes brief cameo Friday
Harkless (hamstring) played seven minutes and finished with two points (1-1 FG, 0-1 FT), two rebounds and one assist in Friday's 123-114 loss to the Grizzlies.
The two-way player hadn't made an appearance at the NBA or G League level since Jan. 3 while he recovered from a left hamstring injury before he was cleared to play coming out of the All-Star break. With Utah down five players due to injury Friday, Harkless ended up cracking the rotation, but he played just one shift in the first quarter before remaining on the bench for the final three periods. Expect Harkless to drop out of the rotation if the Jazz get one or more of Keyonte George (ankle), Jusuf Nurkic (nose) and Lauri Markkanen (illness) back in action for their next game Monday in Houston.

Jazz's Elijah Harkless: Likely to miss about two more weeks
Harkless (hamstring) said Friday that he expects to miss about two more weeks, Andy Larsen of The Salt Lake Tribune reports.
Harkless suffered a left hamstring injury in early January, and he'll likely head straight back to the G League's Salt Lake City Stars once he's cleared to play. The two-way player has appeared in just seven regular-season games with the parent club so far this season, so his continued absence shouldn't affect the Utah rotation.

Jazz's Elijah Harkless: Rare appearance in win
Harkless finished Monday's 105-103 win over the Celtics with three points (1-4 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-1 FT), one rebound, two assists and one steal across 21 minutes.
Harkless played a season-high 21 minutes, sliding into the rotation for just the third time this season. While he did provide some nice energy on the defensive end, there is no indication that Harkless will be moving into a more permanent role anytime soon.

Jazz's Elijah Harkless: Shooting woes from deep
Harkless finished with 15 points (4-16 FG, 0-7 3Pt, 7-7 FT), eight rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block across 27 minutes in Friday's 105-92 Summer League loss to the Bulls.
Harkless delivered a well-rounded stat line Friday, though he didn't connect from beyond the arc. The 25-year-old saw consistent playing time this summer when he wasn't hampered by right wrist soreness.

Jazz's Elijah Harkless: Iffy to play due to wrist soreness
Harkless (wrist) is questionable for Monday's Summer League game against the Spurs, Ben Anderson of KSL News Salt Lake City reports.
Harkless left Sunday's Summer League game against the Warriors due to right wrist soreness, so it won't be surprising if he sits out the second half of Utah's back-to-back. His status should be clarified closer to Monday's tipoff.

Jazz's Elijah Harkless: Good to go Monday
Harkless (wrist) will play in Monday's Summer League game against the Spurs, Andy Larsen of The Salt Lake Tribune reports.
Harkless will shed his questionable tag due to right wrist soreness and suit up in the second half of the team's back-to-back set. The 25-year-old was also listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's loss to the Warriors and gave it a go, though he exited the game after logging six minutes.

Jazz's Elijah Harkless: Won't return Sunday
Harkless will not return to Sunday's Summer League game against the Warriors due to right wrist soreness, Andy Larsen of The Salt Lake Tribune reports.
Harkless was listed as questionable just ahead of gametime due to a right wrist injury, but he was ultimately cleared. After giving it a go, Harkless has been ruled out for the rest of the game due to the same injury. The Jazz play again Monday, so he could be forced to miss multiple contests.

Jazz's Elijah Harkless: Notches eight points
Harkless finished with eight points (1-5 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 5-6 FT), two assists and one rebound in 19 minutes of Saturday's 93-89 Summer League win over the 76ers.
Harkless, who is in the final year of his two-way contract with the Jazz, figures to be a key role player for the Salt Lake City Stars in 2025-26. During the 2024-25 G League regular season, Harkless averaged 26.9 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 1.3 steals per game while being awarded the G League's Most Improved Player Award.

Jazz's Elijah Harkless: Ruled out for Sunday
Harkless (groin) is out for Sunday's game against the Timberwolves.
Harkless is one of several Utah players who will end the 2024-25 season on the sidelines. He didn't have a big role in the rotation throughout the campaign, though, averaging just 3.2 points and 2.1 boards per game in 10 appearances off the bench. Harkless also spent time with the Salt Lake City Stars of the G League, though the last time he suited up for a game, either in the NBA or the G League, was on March 1.
