Spurs' Keldon Johnson: Drops 21 points off bench
Johnson chipped in 21 points (7-14 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 4-4 FT), six rebounds and one assist over 24 minutes during Monday's 136-111 win over the Heat.
Johnson continued his strong scoring contributions, topping 20 points for the second straight game. The wing has now reached the 20-point mark 12 times this season, with three of those performances coming in March. While the 26-year-old no longer averages 22.0 points or starts every game like he did during the 2022-23 campaign, Johnson remains a key bench piece capable of providing a scoring punch for a Spurs team with aspirations of making a deep run in the postseason.

Spurs' Keldon Johnson: Scores 18 points in garbage time
Johnson amassed 18 points (8-12 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 0-1 FT), one rebound and one assist across 20 minutes during Tuesday's 132-104 win over Sacramento.
With the Spurs up by 31 points at halftime, the team cleared the bench and gave the first unit a rest. Johnson took advantage of the opportunity and posted 18 points in 20 minutes on the floor. Johnson has been able to do a lot with a little throughout the season and has been especially productive as a rebounder in limited action. Although he only registered one board in the blowout win, Johnson found success as a pure shooter in the victory. During his second season as a full-time backup, Johnson is averaging 12.8 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.3 assists over 69 games.

Spurs' Keldon Johnson: Cold shooting night in narrow loss
Johnson closed with five points (2-12 FG, 1-5 3Pt), seven rebounds, three assists and one block across 22 minutes during Thursday's 136-131 loss to the Nuggets.
While Victor Wembanyama (ankle) was a late scratch for this contest, his expected return for Saturday's game against Charlotte will move the Spurs back to their standard frontcourt rotation. Johnson has been the definition of inconsistent lately. While he exploded for 20 points against Houston on March 8, he has failed to reach double digits in three of his last five outings. During that span, he is averaging 10.2 points and 4.8 rebounds while shooting just 40.4 percent from the floor. As he continues to provide a scoring punch exclusively off the bench, his fantasy floor remains low due to these inconsistencies.

Spurs' Keldon Johnson: Upgraded to available
Johnson (shoulder) is available for Thursday's game against the Nets.
Johnson was late addition to the injury report with a left shoulder sprain, but he's good to go Thursday. Over his last 10 outings, Johnson has averaged 12.1 points, 4.4 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.1 three-pointers in 21.6 minutes per game.

Spurs' Keldon Johnson: Questionable for Thursday
Johnson has a left shoulder sprain and is questionable for Thursday's game against the Nets.
Johnson was a very late addition to the injury report for the second half of this back-to-back set. It's also possible the Spurs are eyeing a maintenance day for the veteran. If Johnson can't go, the Spurs may lean more on Dylan Harper and Carter Bryant.

Spurs' Keldon Johnson: Season-low two points
Johnson notched two points (1-6 FG, 0-1 3Pt), one rebound and three assists across 14 minutes during Wednesday's 110-107 win over the Raptors.
Johnson was limited to just 14 minutes, at one point having to leave the game due to a shoulder injury. After a productive start to the season, Johnson has seen his numbers fall in recent times, averaging just 12.0 points and 4.4 rebounds in 12 appearances over the past month. During that span, he has barely been a top 250 player in standard leagues.

Spurs' Keldon Johnson: Checks back in
Johnson (shoulder) has returned to Wednesday's game against the Raptors, Paul Garcia of ProjectSpurs.com reports.
Johnson was previously tabbed questionable to return because of a left shoulder injury. The 26-year-old forward will play through the injury the rest of the way, which could mean less playing time for Carter Bryant and Harrison Barnes.

Spurs' Keldon Johnson: Questionable to return
Johnson is questionable to return to Wednesday's game against the Raptors due to a left shoulder injury, Don Harris of News 4 San Antonio reports.
Johnson left the game with 3:55 remaining in the second quarter after picking up an unspecified injury to his left shoulder. While he's sidelined, look for Carter Bryant and Harrison Barnes to see more playing time.

Spurs' Keldon Johnson: Posts 18 points in victory
Johnson accumulated 18 points (6-12 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT) and one rebound across 21 minutes during Saturday's 139-122 win over the Kings.
Johnson made a swift impact with only 21 minutes of court time. The veteran proved to be a more dependable wing presence over Devin Vassell and Julian Champagnie, who both posted regressive stat lines in the lopsided victory. Saturday's win represented a nice bounce back for Johnson, who scored only six points during the team's 121-94 win over Phoenix on Thursday night.

Spurs' Keldon Johnson: Leads bench with 21 points
Johnson logged 21 points (8-13 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 3-3 FT), six rebounds, two assists and one steal over 29 minutes during Wednesday's 126-113 victory over Golden State.
Johnson hasn't been especially consistent this season, but he tends to fare much better when Devin Vassell is out or struggling in his starting role. Such was the case during Wednesday's contest, where Devin Vassell managed only eight points in 28 minutes.

Spurs' Keldon Johnson: Double-doubles off bench Sunday
Johnson supplied 14 points (5-9 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 10 rebounds and one assist over 25 minutes off the bench during Sunday's 112-103 victory over Orlando.
It was the fifth double-double of the season for Johnson, with three of them coming since Christmas. However, the 26-year-old forward has been struggling with his shot of late, and over the last seven games he's averaging 12.4 points, 4.4 boards and 2.1 assists while shooting just 19.0 percent (4-for-21) from three-point range.

Spurs' Keldon Johnson: Provides 17 points from bench
Johnson recorded 17 points (8-15 FG, 1-4 3Pt), seven rebounds and five assists over 27 minutes during Wednesday's 111-99 victory over the Rockets.
Johnson's performance was aided by a slow start from Julian Champagnie (eye), who exited the game in the fourth quarter and did not return. Johnson stole minutes from Champagnie well before the injury, and he continues to hold an enhanced role while Devin Vassell gets back up to speed following a lengthy injury absence.

Spurs' Keldon Johnson: Drops 21 off bench Thursday
Johnson logged 21 points (9-19 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), one rebound, five assists, one block and one steal over 31 minutes off the bench during Thursday's 126-109 victory over the Jazz.
It's the third time in the last nine games that Johnson has scored at least 20 points. The 26-year-old forward has been a key part of the Spurs' second unit this season, and over that nine-game stretch, he's averaging 14.6 points, 4.4 boards, 1.4 threes, 1.3 assists and 0.9 steals in 26.2 minutes while shooting 53.2 percent from the floor.

Spurs' Keldon Johnson: Passive performance Tuesday
Johnson chipped in 12 points (5-9 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds and two steals in 27 minutes during Tuesday's 111-106 loss to Houston.
Johnson scored in double figures for just the second time in the past five games, turning in a solid yet passive performance. With Victor Wembanyama now nearing full health, Johnson has been unable to maintain his momentum from earlier in the season. In eight appearances over the past two weeks, he has averaged 13.8 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.5 three-pointers in 25.8 minutes per game, leaving him outside the top 120 in nine-category formats.

Spurs' Keldon Johnson: Muted effort Monday
Johnson finished Monday's 123-110 victory over the Jazz with two points (1-4 FG), three rebounds, two assists and two blocks in 24 minutes.
Despite the quiet performance, Johnson should continue seeing stable minutes while Devin Vassell (adductor) is out of action. Johnson has averaged 13.2 points, 5.2 rebounds, 0.9 assists and 0.9 steals in 25.7 minutes per contest in 10 games this month, shooting 44.7 percent from beyond the arc.
