Coffey (ankle) will remain on the inactive list for Monday's meeting with Memphis.
This will be Coffey's fifth consecutive game on the sidelines, and it's not a great sign that he continues to get ruled out 24 hours in advance of tipoff. For now, he should be considered highly questionable for Tuesday's game in Orlando.

After going unused off the bench in Tuesday's loss to Minnesota, Coffey returned to the rotation Thursday due to multiple key contributors being sidelined. However, the 28-year-old forward logged just under six minutes before exiting with a sprained ankle. His next opportunity to play will come Saturday against the Bucks, but he could be back outside of the rotation if the likes of Grayson Allen (knee), Haywood Highsmith (knee) and Royce O'Neale (knee) are also able to play.

Coffey (coach's decision) went unused off the bench Friday in the Suns' 122-115 loss to the Raptors.
After appearing in seven of the Suns' first eight games out of the All-Star break while averaging 5.1 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 14.9 minutes, Coffey has now been left out of the rotation for two of the past three contests. Though Dillon Brooks (hand) is likely still a week or more away from a return, the Suns appear set to move forward with Grayson Allen, Haywood Highsmith and Rasheer Fleming as their primary reserve options at forward and on the wing, which leaves Coffey and Ryan Dunn on the outside looking in for rotation spots.

Coffey ended with eight points (3-7 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, four assists and two steals in 23 minutes during Sunday's 92-77 loss to the Trail Blazers.
Coffey was unable to connect from beyond the arc but added eight points off the bench after being held scoreless in his last appearance Thursday against San Antonio. He also dished out a season-high four assists and tied his season best in steals. Coffey could remain part of the rotation until Grayson Allen (ankle) and Jordan Goodwin (calf) are cleared to return.

The Bucks traded Coffey and Cole Anthony to the Suns on Thursday in exchange for Nick Richards and Nigel Hayes-Davis, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Fresh off a season-high 16 points and back-to-back starts for the shorthanded Bucks, Coffey will get a change of scenery, marking his third team over the past two seasons. Given the backcourt depth in Phoenix, it's difficult to envision Coffey seeing meaningful playing time, but as long as Jalen Green (hip/hamstring) and Devin Booker (ankle) are sidelined, there are minutes to go around. Coffey can be considered questionable to suit up Saturday against the 76ers.

Coffey accumulated 16 points (7-8 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 0-1 FT), five rebounds, one assist and one block in 25 minutes during Wednesday's 141-137 overtime win over New Orleans.
The Bucks' depth at the forward spots is being tested by a number of absences, allowing Coffey to get a chance in the first unit. The 28-year-old has started consecutive games, though Coffey is unlikely to hang onto this role once Bobby Portis (hip) is ready to return to action. Coffey has played five minutes or less in four of the Bucks' last five games (including a healthy DNP against the Wizards on Thursday). Coffey posted 10 points (3-5 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 3-3 FT), one rebound, one block and two steals in nine minutes during Tuesday's 139-106 loss to the Timberwolves.
Coffey joined a number of his teammates on the floor during garbage time, taking advantage of what was arguably the Bucks' worst loss of the season. The move to Milwaukee has done nothing for Coffey's value. In 23 appearances, he has averaged 1.8 points in 7.7 minutes, leaving him well outside the top 400 in standard formats.
