  • Wizards' Anthony Gill: Scores 14 points in loss

Gill logged 14 points (6-7 FG, 2-3 3Pt), six rebounds and one steal over 30 minutes during Sunday's 130-117 loss to the Cavaliers. After barely seeing the floor to open the season, Gill later became a key role player for the Wizards once the team started to dial back its regulars. Over his last 27 games of the campaign, Gill emerged as a deep-league fantasy asset with averages of 9.4 points, 4.1 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 0.7 steals, 0.6 blocks and 0.5 three-pointers in 26.9 minutes per contest.

  • Wizards' Anthony Gill: Cleared to play vs. Cleveland

Gill (back/head) is available for Sunday's game against the Cavaliers. Gill was initially listed as questionable due to a back contusion and headache, but he has been given the green light to play in Sunday's regular-season finale. He has started in each of the Wizards' last five games, and over that span he has averaged 11.0 points, 3.4 rebounds and 2.0 assists over 30.6 minutes per contest.

  • Wizards' Anthony Gill: Questionable for Sunday

Gill (back) is questionable to face the Cavaliers on Sunday. If Gill can't give it a go Sunday, Julian Reese would likely earn the start and log significant minutes as the only true center available. Check back for official word on Gill's status closer to Sunday's tipoff.

Gill (back) is questionable for Friday's game against the Heat. A maintenance day is on the table for Gill after he played through his questionable tag Thursday. Gill produced 14 points, three rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal in 39 minutes against the Bulls on Thursday.

  • Wizards' Anthony Gill: Available for Thursday

  • Wizards' Anthony Gill: Questionable to face Bulls

Gill (neck/back) is questionable for Thursday's game against Chicago. Gill has started each of the Wizards' last three contests. However, he might not play in the rematch with Chicago on Thursday after popping up on the injury report due to lumbar and cervical contusions. If Gill doesn't suit up, Leaky Black might remain in the starting lineup for a third consecutive game.

  • Wizards' Anthony Gill: Plays well in loss

Gill closed Sunday's 121-115 loss to the Nets with 17 points (8-10 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-1 FT), five rebounds, three assists and one block in 41 minutes. Gill put together a solid showing for the Wizards with several key players sidelined. He's trending up over his last seven games with 12.1 points, 4.4 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 0.6 steals in 30.2 minutes per contest while shooting 73.1 percent from the field.

  • Wizards' Anthony Gill: Starting against Heat

Gill will start in Saturday's game against Miami. With Tristan Vukcevic (knee) ruled out, Gill will make his first start since the 130-117 loss to the Pistons on March 17. In two starts this season, the 33-year-old has averaged 5.0 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 0.5 blocks and 1.0 steals in 23.5 minutes of action.

  • Wizards' Anthony Gill: Productive off bench

Gill provided 21 points (8-9 FG, 3-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds and six assists over 35 minutes during Wednesday's 153-131 loss to the 76ers. Gill got a bit of an extended run in the second half of Wednesday's blowout game. He took advantage of the extra playing time to finish as the Wizards' leading scorer with a career-high 21 points and was also second in both assists and rebounds. Gill has scored in double digits in five of his last seven outings, and over that span he has averaged 13.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.3 steals over 28.7 minutes per game. He'll continue to see more run in games when Alex Sarr (toe) does not play.

  • Wizards' Anthony Gill: Good to go Monday

Gill (ankle) will play Monday against the Lakers. Gill will suit up Monday after initially being added to the injury report as questionable with right ankle soreness. He's averaging 12.2 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.6 steals over his last five showings.

  • Wizards' Anthony Gill: Iffy for Monday

Gill is questionable for Monday's game against the Lakers with right ankle soreness. Gill is a candidate for a maintenance day for the second leg of this back-to-back set. On Sunday against Portland, Gill logged eight points (4-7 FG, 0-1 3Pt), three rebounds and one steal in 31 minutes.

  • Wizards' Anthony Gill: Logs 31 minutes in loss

Gill amassed eight points (4-7 FG, 0-1 3Pt), three rebounds and one steal in 31 minutes during Sunday's 123-88 loss to the Trail Blazers. Gill continues to play solid workloads for the Wizards, making him an option for deep-league fantasy managers. Over his last eight games, he's averaging 8.4 points, 4.3 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 1.4 steals and 0.6 blocks on 63.3 percent shooting in 25.3 minutes per contest.

  • Wizards' Anthony Gill: Ties season scoring high

Gill posted 13 points (6-9 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-1 FT), five rebounds, one assist and two steals in 26 minutes off the bench during Saturday's 132-111 loss to the Thunder. The 13 points tied his season high, a mark he reached Feb. 19 against the Pacers. Gill hadn't topped six points in any of his prior six games, however, and the 33-year-old forward's role and usage in the Wizards' rotation isn't likely to become more consistent any time soon. Through nine games (one start) in March, Gill is averaging just 5.6 points, 3.4 boards, 1.6 assists and 1.3 combined steals and blocks in 22.3 minutes.

  • Wizards' Anthony Gill: Limited by foul trouble

Gill closed with two points (1-2 FG), one rebound, one assist, one block and one steal in 16 minutes before fouling out of Tuesday's 130-117 loss to the Pistons. Gill missed out on a great opportunity, picking up three fouls in the first seven minutes, basically putting an end to any chance he had of delivering meaningful production. With Alex Sarr sidelined due to injury maintenance, it was Gill who was inserted into the starting lineup. Assuming Sarr returns for Thursday's game against the Pistons, Gill will likely return to some sort of a bench role.

  • Wizards' Anthony Gill: Starting Tuesday

Gill will start Tuesday's game against Detroit. With Alex Sarr (toe) and Julian Reese (two-way) unavailable, Gill will get the starting nod Tuesday. During his lone start this season in a loss to Charlotte on Feb. 22, the 33-year-old posted eight points, five rebounds, four assists and one steal in 31 minutes.

  • Wizards' Anthony Gill: Sees big workload in loss

Gill closed Monday's 125-117 loss to the Warriors with four points (1-4 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), eight rebounds, two assists and two steals across 32 minutes. With Alex Sarr (toe) out Monday, Sarr saw a major workload in the loss. Gill's upside remains very low, however, making him a lukewarm streaming option Tuesday against Detroit, even with several players sitting out for Washington.

  • Wizards' Anthony Gill: Questionable for Thursday

Gill (illness) is questionable for Thursday's game against the Jazz. Gill remains day-to-day after missing the past two games for Washington. The Wizards will be very shorthanded yet again, so Gill could soak up a sizable amount of minutes if he's cleared.

  • Wizards' Anthony Gill: Iffy to play Tuesday

Gill (illness) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Magic. Gill remains day-to-day after missing Monday's game against the Rockets. The Wizards are going to be very thin up front Tuesday, so Gill could see a sizable workload if he's feeling up to it.

  • Wizards' Anthony Gill: Moves to bench
