You may question whether or not LeBron James is actual royalty, but even if you're not a fan of calling him the "King," I think we can all agree he's been the king of the chasedown block for quite some time. Not since Tayshaun Prince a decade ago in Detroit have we seen someone so graciously and effortlessly come flying down the court in a full sprint to track down a breakaway layup or dunk and ruin those plans for a quick score.

Late in Game 3 of Cleveland Cavaliers vs. the Detroit Pistons, LeBron had another chance at a spectacular chasedown. He had to get on his giddy-up to accomplish it, but he had Kentavious Caldwell-Pope in his sights. There was just one little problem for LeBron on the play; KCP had no intention of getting blocked and decided to punch it home instead.

KCP and the other young guys aren't backing down from LeBron James and it's turning out to be great theater.

Also, what an amazing pass.
