For eight games next season, the New York Knicks will be going old-school.

To commemorate their 70th anniversary, the Knicks will wear Hardwood Classic jerseys in eight games spread throughout the season. To unveil the jerseys, the Knicks created a quick yet fun animated video that explains all of the intricate historical details of the throwback look:

These jerseys aren't too far off from what the Knicks wear on a regular basis but overall it is a good, clean aesthetic and a nice nod to the franchise's storied past.
