Henry Cejudo is out at UFC 211. The former flyweight contender suffered a hand injury in training camp and will be unable to fight against Sergio Pettis on Saturday in Dallas, UFC announced on Wednesday.
The card will move forward with 13 fights and elevate a middleweight fight between Krzysztof Jotko and David Branch to the main card, which is a bit surprising given they made the headliner for the prelims a fight that could be a co-main event on any other card in Eddie Alvarez vs. Dustin Poirier.
It's the second time in Cejudo's career he has had to pull out of a fight. The former Olympic gold medalist is 10-2 in his early MMA career but is coming off back-to-back losses in the Octagon to Demetrious Johnson and Joseph Benavidez.
