Memorial Day is this coming Monday and while we should all enjoy ourselves this weekend with a large helping of whatever floats your boat (baseball, BBQ, beer!), let us also take some time to solemnly remember those who gave their lives to enable us to partake in such relatively mindless ventures.
In that vein, Major League Baseball and New Era have released the following quick video featuring Dellin Betances of the Yankees, Buster Posey of the Giants, Bryce Harper of the Nationals, Jacob deGrom of the Mets, Joc Pederson of the Dodgers and Andrew McCutchen of the Pirates.
Those camo hats in the video are the ones the players will be wearing on Memorial Day as part of the MLB holiday series this season. They are available by team in the CBS Sports shop for those interested.
