On Thursday, Major League Baseball announced the 2014 postseason schedule.

First up, the Wild Card Game and Division Series for each league ...

And now each League Championship Series and the World Series ...

The good news is that even if the Fall Classic goes the full seven games, then we'll still be playing ball in October. That's as it should be, as any right-wise person will attest. 

So insofar as the 2014 postseason is concerned, we know the "when." Yet to be determined? The who, what, where and how and maybe even why.
