The 2024 Paris Olympics has been a terrific test up to this point, and Sunday will be no different. With little separation atop the leaderboard, there should be plenty of drama on the course at Le Golf National as the medalists are awarded in men's golf. The United States' Xander Schauffele and Spain's Jon Rahm take a share of the lead into the final round; they will begin their fight for the gold medal at 6:39 a.m. ET alongside Great Britain's Tommy Fleetwood.
Fleetwood will attempt to track down his playing partners over the final 18 holes while also maintaining his position on the podium. Hoping to usurp Fleetwood -- and perhaps even the leaders -- are big names like Ireland's Rory McIlroy and the United States' Scottie Scheffler. McIlroy aims to make amends for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics where he fell in a bronze-medal playoff, while Scheffler could add to what has already been an all-time season.
McIlroy will be featured in the penultimate group at 6:28 a.m. with Hideki Matsuyama and Nicolai Højgaard. Meanwhile, the world No. 1 draws his good friend Tom Kim and Belgium's Thomas Detry at 6:17 a.m.
